Accessibility statement
The German version of this document is authoritative. This translation is provided for understanding; in case of discrepancies the German wording applies. Go to the German version
1. Accessibility status
This statement is published voluntarily. For private providers in Germany, the governing law since 28 June 2025 is the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) together with its ordinance (BFSGV); the technical benchmark is EN 301 549, which refers to WCAG for websites. Internally, WCAG 2.2 level AA is the development target.
Section 3 (3) BFSG exempts micro-enterprises from the requirements for services. BTECH SOLUTIONS is a sole proprietorship and falls within that exemption, so an accessibility statement is not legally required. Based on the self-assessment completed so far, the website is partially accessible; full conformance is not claimed.
2. Scope of the assessment
The assessment is a self-assessment using technical and manual checks, including keyboard operation, colour contrast, semantic structure, focus visibility and reduced motion. No complete external WCAG, screen-reader or assistive-technology audit has taken place.
Automated checks cover only part of the requirements. Accessibility statements therefore apply only to the scope that was actually tested.
3. Content that is not fully accessible
The following points have not yet been fully implemented:
- The Thai texts have not yet been proofread by a native speaker.
- Screen reader testing in all three languages has not yet been completed for every area.
Before publication, the animated on-site assistant was checked in four viewports and three languages for keyboard and focus flows, outer scrolling, safe area, AI disclosure and availability of all nine media assets. This technical check does not replace a complete screen-reader audit.
The “reduce motion” system setting is supported technically. A complete review of every animation path in all supported browsers is still pending.
No external content or embedded third-party widgets are used on this website. PDF documents are currently not offered.
We are continuously working to resolve the remaining limitations.

5. Market surveillance and complaints
Please contact us first using the details in section 4. A specific report is the shortest route to a fix.
The Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) has been established for market surveillance under the BFSG. Because the exemption in Section 3 (3) BFSG applies here, no formal right of complaint for this offering is claimed; the authority is listed as the body responsible for BFSG market surveillance.
