Scroll film

A page that unfolds as you scroll

Not a video you press play on. Not an animation running beside the content. The visitor sets the pace with their thumb — and stays, because they want to see what comes next.

The proof

We built one for ourselves

The simplest way to check whether we can do this is to look. “Your path” is our own scroll film — same technique, same care, told in under two minutes.

Process

How a film like this is made

  1. 1

    Listening

Before a single frame exists, the story has to be clear. Not every brand has one that carries this — and if yours does not, we say so.

  2. 2

    Script

Chapters, frame order, lines of text. You read the film before it is built — changes cost nothing here and a lot later.

  3. 3

    Image production

Every frame is composed and graded consistently. Cutting corners here gets you a slideshow, not a film.

  4. 4

    Choreography

The film is bound to the scroll: which frame when, when text appears, when it rests. Tested on slow devices, not only on ours.

When you do NOT need this

  • If you need appointments and not a story — an industry package is faster and cheaper.
  • If your images are phone snaps. A scroll film makes poor material bigger, not better.
  • If it has to be live in four weeks. This takes time.
  • If nobody in the business has time to work on the script. Without you it becomes a pretty shell.

Your story starts here.

Laddawan and Benjamin have told their path — the next step is yours. One conversation, twenty minutes, in your language.
